Purchasing Notes

 

To protect your rights, placing an order constitutes 100% acceptance of the following transaction terms.

 

Agree to the price and confirm the product specifications before purchasing.

 

Please carefully read the website terms, product description, and price before purchasing. If you have any questions, please contact customer service for details. Once an order is placed, the amount or product cannot be changed. This varies depending on the individual product, and the final arrangement is subject to customer service's response.

 

Product Inspection

Upon receipt, please open and inspect the item as soon as possible. If you find any problems with the item, please contact us immediately for clarification so that we can address the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Shipping Order

Shipping will be arranged in the order of order placement. After we receive an order, we will immediately place an order with the supplier and prepare the product for shipment.

 

Products in Stock / Pre-Order

 

The website accepts in-stock pre-orders. If the product is in stock, this will be indicated on the product. Pre-ordered products will be shipped according to the delivery date specified in the product specifications. Please note that the delivery date will be calculated from the second business day after the order is placed. If the order is placed on Friday evening, it will be processed on Monday.

The delivery date only includes the time it takes for MyDress to dispatch the product and does not include the delivery time.

If a product is truly out of stock or requires an extended wait time, we will notify you as soon as we receive notification. We ask for your understanding and assistance in canceling the order or exchanging it for another item. If we do not receive a response from you, we will cancel the order.

 

Color Difference

Because each computer's color settings vary, and everyone's perception of color is unique, the actual product itself will be the primary color.

 

Returns and Exchanges

For any product with quality issues, please contact customer service first to arrange further processing.

All returns will be refunded through the original payment method, including orders that are out of stock after an exchange.

All returns and exchanges do not include shipping costs.

 

Return Requests

1. All purchases made on the Bitsing Store online shopping platform will be processed according to the platform's return and exchange terms and policies.

 

2. All orders, once submitted, cannot be changed or cancelled, and no refunds will be given.

 

3. All return and exchange requests must be submitted via email. Late requests or incomplete requests will not be accepted.

 

4. For products purchased on the Bitsing Store official website, you may return them online within 15 days of delivery (based on the delivery date confirmed by the courier). This return and exchange policy does not apply to non-returnable items, including epidemic prevention supplies, sale items, personal care products, beauty products, accessories, and clearance items.

 

5. Items eligible for return or exchange can be exchanged once for a different size or color. Items exchanged once will not be accepted for return or exchange.

 

6. Returned items must be in their original packaging, with tags (if any) uncut, unused, and free of odor (including perfume). Sets (e.g., lingerie sets) must be returned as a complete set. Please pack all items in clean, sealed outer bags to prevent shipping damage or loss that could affect return or exchange eligibility.

 

All shoe returns must be returned in intact, undamaged boxes.

 

7. After completing your return request, please arrange for the return of your product via express delivery. Returned items must arrive at the designated address on or before the date indicated upon submission.

 

8. You must return the product within the specified timeframe. Late returns will not be processed.

 

9. Returns will be processed within 30 business days; exchanges will be re-ordered with the supplier within 15 business days. Exchange delivery times can be found under "Delivery Time" in the product specifications on the product page.

 

10. If the returned product does not meet our return and exchange policy and conditions, the return request will not be accepted. The product will be returned and you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

 

12. Bitsing Store reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

 

13. In the event of any dispute, Bitsing s.r.o. reserves the right to make the final decision.

 

- A return is defined as the warehouse confirming receipt of the returned item. Customers will receive a "Bitsing Store Confirmation of Returned Item" email. If you do not receive a "Confirmation of Returned Item" email within 30 days of shipping your returned item, please contact us for follow-up.

 

-<<Maintain the integrity of the shoe box>> Do not allow delivery notes to be directly affixed to the original product box or have any writing on them. The original box and packaging are part of the product and will not be accepted for returns if lost, damaged, or missing.

 

-Please ensure that returned items are properly packaged. If the shoe box is damaged due to unpackaged items, the buyer will be responsible for the box and will be charged a refurbishment fee of $20 USD (depending on the individual case).

 

Quality Issues

 

1. If you purchased a product from the Bitsing Store official website that is damaged or defective during production, you can request a return or exchange via our customer service email within 15 days (30 days for VIP customers) of delivery (based on the delivery confirmation date).

 

2. All returns or exchanges for defective products must be confirmed as damaged by our customer service staff. You can choose to return the product by registered mail or courier.

 

Products are considered non-defective if the following conditions are met:

Untrimmed threads from mass production, minor imperfections not visible to the naked eye, easily removable chalk marks, wrinkles, etc.

 

Unavoidable fiber odors from the product's raw materials or production process.

 

3. All products purchased through the Bitsing Store online shopping platform are subject to the platform's return and exchange terms and policies.

 

4. If a return or exchange is required due to quality issues, we will cover the return shipping costs for the defective product.

 

5. Returned products must be new, unused, or unwashed, with all labels, packaging, and price tags intact.

 

6. If the product is out of stock, we can arrange a refund via the original payment method. Refunds are generally processed within 2 to 4 weeks (the actual refund time depends on the card issuer, bank, or electronic payment provider).

 

7. Returns and exchanges are not valid for products damaged due to improper use, improper care, fabric wear, or improper washing.

 

8. Returns that do not meet our return policy and conditions will not be accepted.

 

9. You must return the defective product within the specified return period; returns received after this date will not be processed.

 

10. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

11. The refund amount is based on the actual amount paid.

 

12. Bitsing Store reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

 

13. In the event of any dispute, Bitsing s.r.o. reserves the right to make the final decision.

 

Return and Exchange Information

 

Returned items must be untagged, unused, free of odors and perfumes, and in their original packaging.

 

Items must be returned in a separate plastic bag. Damage to the original packaging will affect the return or exchange process.

 

Sets (e.g., lingerie sets) must be returned as a complete set. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for items not returned as a set.

 

All footwear returns must be returned in their original, undamaged boxes.

 

How is the refund calculated?

 

Generally, a refund will be made based on the purchase price of the item. If you purchased items with a special offer, such as a buy-3-get-1-free deal or $50 off your entire order, refunds will be calculated as a percentage. Details are as follows:

 

Refund amount = Final payment (after discount) / Original order amount (before discount) x Amount of returned merchandise

 

How long does it take to receive a refund after a return?

 

We will process returns within 7-15 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) of receiving the returned item. The actual timeframe will vary depending on the circumstances.

 

Note: Returns are considered received when our warehouse has confirmed receipt of the returned item. Customers will receive a "Confirmation of Returned Items" email.

If you have not received the requested email within seven days of returning your item, please contact us for follow-up.
